- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition with packaging intact (unless faulty).
- Custom, personalised, or special-order items are not refundable unless faulty.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
6.3 Exchanges
